Description:

Essential functions of the position include…
- Configure, install and project manage PC, server and network deployments.
- Manage software installations to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Perform diagnosis and repair of system malfunctions.
- Provide technical support to customers.
 

Requirements:

- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) preferred.
- Must be extremely proficient in the operation, maintenance and support of Windows NT / 2000 / XP

  server domain implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of desktop PC hardware and applications including MS Office Suite, MS Outlook,

  Internet Explorer and Windows desktop OS  in a networked environment.
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) preferred.
- 2-3 years professional Network / PC support.

The successful candidate must be patient, pleasant, organized, resourceful, and possess strong customer service, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential as is the ability to exercise mature judgment in the implementation and support of our products and services.
